Roshan Ghadamian

Principal Researcher

Roshan Ghadamian is the Principal Researcher at the Institute for Regenerative Systems Architecture (IRSA). His research develops the theoretical foundations of regenerative capital—a fourth capital class alongside debt, equity, and grants—with flagship implementations including Perpetual Social Capital (PSC) for philanthropy. He has authored the institute's research program spanning Regenerative Capital Theory, PSC mathematics, Semantic Finance, Idea-Native Architecture, Semantic Governance for AI, and applications across climate, development finance, and institutional design. Prior to IRSA, Roshan spent over a decade in early-stage venture creation, ecosystem building, and institutional design—including roles at the University of Melbourne's Entrepreneurial Centre, Wade Institute (where he helped mobilise $82M in early-stage capital), and staffing APEC's Business Advisory Council.
