Perpetual Social Capital (PSC) is regenerative funding where capital gets recycled. Instead of a one-time grant or a loan with interest, recipients return a percentage (the R Factor) after each cycle.

Capital Deployed = money put to work each cycle. With R=80%, $100K deploys as $100K → $80K → $64K → $51K... totaling much more than a single grant.

Impact = economic benefit from deployed capital (γ = 1.7x multiplier). Each dollar deployed generates $1.70 of beneficial outcomes through jobs, services, and community growth.
